As a member of the Network Management team, our Director of Provider Engagement serves as the lead executive responsible for developing and executing programs and initiatives to engage healthcare providers– all in service of creating a person-focused health care experience.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, healthcare administration or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in healthcare provider engagement or a related role.
Skills and Attributes :
What You Will Do at Cambia :
The expected hiring range for the Director of Provider Engagement is $193,000-261,050 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 25%. The current full salary range for this role is $181,000-296,000.
