Director of Health Services (RN)
Shift Type : Full-Time
Wage : 79k / year
Location : Avamere at Cascadia Village - 39495 Cascadia Village Dr. Sandy, OR 97055
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for reviewing physician orders and 24-hour reports.
- Complete assessments, such as admission and change in condition.
- Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules.
- Assist TA team in the hiring and on-boarding of clinical staff as needed.
- Be a key player in all state and federal surveys and in developing and deploying plans of correction.
- Record patient medical records using PointClickCare (EMR).
- Complete on-going training as assigned and as required by state licensure.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
