Job descriptionCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and goals. Lead design discovery by creating flow diagrams, customer journey maps, mental models, and personas. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs with detailed specifications for our engineers to build. Assist in conducting user research (interviews and usability testing) to gather insights about user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Advocate for user-centered design principles and promote a culture of empathy and customer-centricity within the organization. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to drive innovation in UX design. 5+ years proven experience as a UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and UX thinking. Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design software (Sketch, Adobe XD) Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Familiarity with front-end development concepts and the ability to collaborate closely with developers. Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and applying data-driven insights to design decisions.
