Your opportunity

Are you passionate about transforming customer insights into powerful business opportunities? We're seeking a visionary leader to guide cross-functional teams in leveraging data to drive growth and innovation. You'll anticipate market trends and evolving customer needs, continuously refining our user experience strategy. You will be instrumental in spearheading research initiatives to uncover unique opportunities and identifying trends that inform impactful design decisions.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

Experience : 7+ years in UX design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Portfolio : A strong body of work showcasing your expertise in interaction and visual design, along with your ability to tackle complex challenges through customer research.

Knowledge : Deep understanding of design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principles.

Skills : Proven experience in user research and data-driven decision-making, with a knack for aligning UX strategies with business objectives.

Leadership : Exceptional skills to inspire, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders and driving design initiatives.

Communication : Excellent ability to articulate design concepts to diverse audiences.

Agile Experience : Familiarity with agile methodologies and a track record in fast-paced, iterative environments.

Pursuant to California's Pay Transparency Law the pay range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000; base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
