We are seeking a driven and motivated Executive Recruiter with 1+ years of recruiting experience to join our growing team. As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top-tier talent for senior-level and executive positions across various industries. The ideal candidate will be passionate about recruiting, detail-oriented, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source, engage, and screen candidates for executive-level roles through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand the specific requirements of the role and the ideal candidate profile.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Present top candidates to clients with detailed profiles and guide the recruitment process from initial contact through to the hiring decision.
- Maintain a high level of communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to align on talent needs, job descriptions, and hiring strategies.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to clients regarding compensation trends, industry standards, and talent availability.
- Track and manage candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring it is up-to-date and organized.
