About the Role :

We are seeking a highly qualified Visiting Physician to join our team. As a Visiting Physician, you will be responsible for providing medical care to patients in their homes or other residential settings. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality care possible. Your primary goal will be to improve the health and well-being of our patients, while also providing support and guidance to their families and caregivers.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Valid medical license in the state of practice
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty
  • Experience providing medical care to patients in a home or residential setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with elderly or chronically ill patients
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with electronic medical records
  • Responsibilities :

  • Conducting comprehensive medical assessments of patients in their homes or other residential settings
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans for each patient
  • Providing ongoing medical care and treatment to patients, including medication management and symptom control
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care
  • Communicating regularly with patients, families, and caregivers to provide support and guidance
  • Skills :

    As a Visiting Physician, you will use your medical expertise and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate care to our patients. You will need to be able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and caregivers will be essential to your success in this role. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in the use of electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality care possible.
