We are seeking an experienced B2B Collections Specialist with a robust background in commercial collections. This role is far from standard collections work; it involves handling a wide range of business-to-business collections across multiple waste streams, requiring flexibility and adaptability in approach.
Responsibilities include :
- Performing B2B collections with varying requirements across diverse clients
- Managing lien waivers, Tracking government fund disbursements, etc.
- Understanding each customer’s billing requirements and providing the appropriate documentation
- Building detailed customer profiles and gathering necessary supporting documentation
- Reaching out to clients, adjusting tactics based on each unique audience
