Position Overview
As a CT Imaging Specialist at Corewell Health, you will play a crucial role in delivering precise imaging to aid in life-changing diagnoses. Your responsibilities will include performing detailed diagnostic CT exams while adhering to safety regulations and applying ALARA principles to ensure radiation protection. Become an essential part of our dedicated team and make a positive impact in the lives of patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree from a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program required.
- 1-3 years of experience preferred, especially in advanced radiography settings.
- Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required upon hire.
- Certification in Computerized Tomography (CT) from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) preferred; 1 year of experience required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required upon hire.
