We’re hiring a highly organized and people-oriented human resources manager to ensure our real estate investment business runs smoothly. You will be consulted by top management on strategic planning and business administration, oversee employee relations, and maximize our sustainability and profitability.
Job seekers should be knowledgeable in our industry, exhibit a high level of professionalism and most importantly, be detail-oriented (seriously... you need to geek out on ALL the details and it should burn you up inside if one tiny thing is missed).
This is a remote work-from-home position but we do prefer someone local to the CSRA as you may need to go in person to local attorney's office and miscellaneous tasks needed to complete our real estate transactions.
Compensation : 30,000 - $60,000
Responsibilities :
- Act as the bridge between employees and managers and offer advice on key issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
- Make sure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date
- Hold exit interviews with employees and record their feedback to optimize our policies and procedures
- Oversee human resources programs including employee training, benefits, compensation, and company evaluation
- Find qualified candidates, interview top talent, and onboard and train new employees
- Act as a central point of contact between all parties in our real estate transactions using honed contract management, timeline management, and data management skills
