What you'll do as a Billing Analyst

This group focuses on cost recovery for our customer.

Responsibilities include recovering costs for negligence or vandalism to a plant and seeking reimbursement from liable parties for forced relocations.

The role is a combination of Analyst Support and an elevated billing specialist.

Make outbound calls to investigate pole relocation.

What you'll need

To be 18 years of age or older

Authorization to work in the United States for this company

Proficient in billing and has a strong attention to detail.

Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Ability to investigate claims and file police reports.

Comfortable making outbound calls to involved parties.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and handle pushback from responsible parties.

Basic Excel, Adobe, and Microsoft Office skills.

Position in office (Manchester, NH) 5 days a week.
