As the Sales & Orders Financial Analyst for HID's Physical Access Control Solutions (PACS) division, you will play a key role supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making for this rapidly growing business area. As our Finacial Analyst, you'll support HID's success by :

• Leading the preparation and analysis of monthly Sales and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reports for the PACS business unit.
• Preparing and communicating weekly reports on sales details, order amounts, and progress toward monthly targets. Regularly update key stakeholders on status and projections. Defining standard template and processes to be leveraged by all the BUs.
• Managing rebate calculations, track payouts and accruals, and collaborating with sales and accounting teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.
• Supporting the reconciliation of royalties by working closely with partners and the sales team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Designing, executing and maintaining a Profitability report by product line.
• Preparing the product dashboards on a monthly basis and communicating that to the stakeholders.
• Collaborating with the manager to identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline all related processes.
• Supporting the preparation of the management review material for the scope of his responsibilities.
• Providing ad-hoc financial materials and presentations for business reviews, executive meetings, and other strategic initiatives.
• Actively contributing to achieving departmental goals in collaboration with other team members.
