Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Director of Nursing (Deputy DON) to support the Director of Nursing (DON) in managing nursing operations and promoting excellence in patient care within our healthcare organization. The Deputy DON will play a key role in overseeing nursing staff, implementing nursing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
