Your new role

The Corporate Communications Lead is responsible for overseeing the creation and dissemination of messaging across various channels in the Americas. They will be developing and executing the strategic direction of internal communications across all offices having solid partnership with People & Culture, Learning and Development, Strategic communications, and business operations' teams. Working closely with Global Communications to establish messaging consistency across departments with a goal of keeping staff informed and engaged.

Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork as a business partner providing stakeholders, across Senior leadership and department leads, support with drafting company-wide messages / scripts, decks, and any crisis management related communications as well as publishing timely company information; planned and ADHOC.Own and execute the Communication strategy for employer branding and the employee value proposition across both internal and external channels, working closely with the Marketing Team.Strategize, prepare and distribute a set cadence for regular business updates and internal project releases.Refresh, organize and maintain staff intranet with key documents and business leads whilst maintaining a Continuous Improvement mindset to ensure a seamless end-user experience.Collaborate on employee engagement and live events, including planning, logistics and technical aspects.Act as a thought partner and provide communications for all Employee Resource Groups.Own and drive the internal communications calendar and ensure consistency with external messages.Handle highly confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols.Writes, copyedits, proofreads, and revises communications content ensuring compliance organizational standards and global brand.Define, capture and report on metrics in a concise manner, focusing on historical trends and themes.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Demonstrates behavior which supports the Hays values and able to operate in a sales-led culture.Demonstrable experience working across various projects with various Senior stakeholders simultaneously.Experience and Knowledge executing Communication strategies linked to EVP projects.Excellent writing, editing, proof-reading, presentation and speaking skills- clearly articulating the organization's key messaging.Possesses strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Business Partner Mentality.Solid experience in brief writing and internal communications framework building.Comfortable working in a matrix organization, and able to influence multiple groups.Demonstrates clear communication skills and can gain the buy-in of senior stakeholders and source stories from staff.Ability to work autonomously and make sound and timely decisions independently.Strong organizational skills demonstrating the initiative to get things done and able to prioritize multiple, simultaneous tasks.Able to identify and capitalize on opportunities.Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite. Canva, Indesign experience, a plus.What we will offer

Base Salary Range $65,838.00 - $81,223.00, range is dependent upon locationHybrid / flexible and / or remote schedule.PTO starting at 22 days, 2 floating holidays and 2 volunteer days. Our top producers have the opportunity to
