You'll use your expertise in commercial kitchen equipment to troubleshoot warranty and repair issues, ensuring our customers have a smooth and positive experience.Note : You must be authorized to work for any employer in the USA to be considered.Here's what you'll do : Become a warranty whiz! Diagnose and resolve customer concerns related to commercial kitchen equipment.Be a customer champion! Answer phone calls, address parts requests and complaints, and find solutions that leave customers happy.Partner like a pro! Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely repairs and parts acquisition.Keep it organized! Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims and issues.Sharpen your analytical skills! Analyze warranty data and generate reports to identify trends and improve processes.Hit the road when needed!
