Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renowned wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Act as Finance business partner to business units and chiefs across the organisation.
• Proactively engage and partner various stakeholders on the annual budget and forecast to ensure robust planning and performance management.
• Provide value-added analysis and advice on key business planning and budget assumptions and drive the financial aspects of the business strategic plans, budgets and forecasts whilst ensuring alignment to the business plans.
• To perform financial modelling on new business proposals and evaluate its financial viability.
• Monitor, review and provide variance analysis for the monthly financials in terms of achievement vs budget and understand the data points for the results, highlighting risks and opportunities against budget delivery and recommend actions needed (where appropriate).
• To perform any other duties as assigned.
