A Typical Day

The Assistant Vice President Servicing Project Management Operations (PMO) is responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives and cross-divisional projects assigned to the Project Managers and Business Analysts on the team.

The Assistant VP Servicing PMO will :

• Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives and support the needs of a growth-oriented company
• Participate, and frequently lead, analysis, design, training, testing, implementation and support of targeted solutions
• Develop and distribute documentation to user community, as needed
• Manage Project Managers and Business Analysts who manage multiple projects
• Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
