What You’ll Do : Build and Create :
- Assemble screen frames using hand tools, pneumatic equipment, and other tools to meet customer specifications
- Install screen cloth onto frames with precision and care, ensuring a product that exceeds expectations
- Operate tools like air tools, saws, and tape measures safely and efficiently to keep production moving
- Effectively read product labels to properly pack orders for shipping
Ensure Quality :
Inspect completed products to maintain the highest production standardsMonitor production for inconsistencies and address issues promptly to keep things running smoothlyKeep Things Running :
Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations to ensure everything is in top working orderCoordinate with materials handlers to keep supplies stocked and production uninterruptedCollaborate and Innovate :
Work alongside a dynamic team, cross-training and sharing skills to enhance productivity and versatilityFollow 5S principles daily to ensure an organized, clean, and efficient workspaceAdhere to comprehensive safety protocols and foster a culture of safety-firstWhat You Bring to the Team :
High School diploma or equivalent qualification; 2+ years of related experience or and equivalent combination of education and experienceDemonstrates strong problem-solving abilitiesCapable of following instructions and responding to management directionDetail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExhibits experience working collaboratively in a team environmentHas the ability to read and interpret various documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsPossesses effective verbal communication skillsPhysical Demands
