We're searching for a visual-first concept / product designer to join our visionary team in a fully remote environment. This individual will be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team, responsible for generating and developing conceptual ideas to tell a cohesive story using a variety of creative media. This role is ideal for a futurist looking to push the boundaries of design, thriving in both clearly defined and ambiguous environments.
The designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life, provide and receive constructive feedback to refine design concepts, and maintain a high level of attention to detail in their work. Most importantly, they must balance visionary thinking with humility, recognizing that not all creative ideas will come to fruition while staying motivated to continue innovating. This role will primarily collaborate with a UX designer on existing digital products and their manager on concepts. The expected split is about 40% supporting existing products, 30% exploring improvements to existing products, and 30% creating new vision work for the future. There will be routine interactions with product managers and designers from other teams, and occasionally, the need to explain design decisions to creative leadership. While experience is valuable, confidence and communication skills are what truly matter.
