Starting Rate of Pay : $17.50 per hour
Schedule : 6am-10pm availability including weekends
What You’ll Do :
As a GetGo Crew Lead , you’ll be responsible for running daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting your team. You’ll work closely with the Store Leader and have the chance to take on leadership responsibilities.
- Safety First : Prioritize safety for customers, team members, and products in every task.
- Customer & Team Satisfaction : Ensure fast, efficient service while guiding your team to do the same.
- Positive Work Culture : Foster a welcoming, friendly environment for both customers and team members.
- Training & Leadership : Train new team members and ensure they work efficiently and effectively.
- Flexibility : Step in and lead as needed, whether it’s managing registers or working in the kitchen.
- Monitor & Manage : Track competitor fuel prices and address equipment issues promptly.
- Store Operations Support : Assist the Store Leader with scheduling, merchandising, promotions, and daily store tasks.
- Lead by Example : Be the face of the store, ringing up customers quickly and with a smile.
- Foster Inclusion : Create an inclusive environment where every team member feels valued.
