Physical Therapist

Location : New York / New Jersey

Employment Type : Part-Time (2 hours daily)

• Key Responsibilities :
• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and medical histories to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other techniques to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and wellness strategies to ensure continued progress.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and integrate evidence-based techniques into treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Qualifications :
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, rehabilitation exercises, and patient care practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
