Medix Infusion is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Addison, TX. As a Pharmacy Logistics Coordinator, you will facilitate warehouse functions, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, durable medical equipment (DME) management, order preparation, and delivery coordination, etc. You will work closely with the Pharmacy Manager, the procurement department, and under the direction of the Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to ensure efficient logistics operations.

This is an onsite, Pharmacy Logistics Coordinator opportunity at our specialty pharmacy. The pharmacy is normally open Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. You will be working as part of a small team with minimal supervision. This role offers growth opportunities, including support to help you obtain your Pharmacy Technician & Training license.

Our expert team provides a comprehensive range of treatments, including anti-infectives, biologics, IVIG, and other injectables, making each patient’s journey as smooth as possible.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work with various departments to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of medication, supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintain the delivery schedule for home infusion patients and Medix Infusion clinic locations.
  • Pull supplies for patient and clinic orders under the supervision of pharmacy personnel.
  • Arrange the delivery of orders via third-party shippers, carriers, or couriers and track all outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor supply levels to ensure products are available when needed, and participate in monthly inventory and cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team and procurement to receive and stock incoming supplies.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
  • Accurately document necessary information in patient medical records and maintain confidentiality of patient and company information.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in routing, transportation, and / or logistics. Experience in the medical field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of delivery and service areas, inventory management, and warehousing.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and develop productive working relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the ability to navigate electronic records and communication tools.
  • Familiarity with company self-service payroll software and office equipment.
  • Willingness to become proficient in the operation of CPR+ and InfuseFlow.

Talking and hearing are essential to communicate with patients, vendors, and staff.
