RECEPTIONIST
Job Description :
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous professional manner. Direct guests to the designated location, according to their request
- Ensure that the telephone is answered courteously, promptly, and professionally and that messages are handled efficiently
- Maintain a daily resident listing
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail / deliveries accordingly
- Process daily incoming invoices, and log into a spreadsheet
- Obtain approval / authorizations from Dept. Head / Administrator
- Submit and track outgoing invoices to the Corporate Head Office
- Complete / Review weekly AP reports
- Update the Vendor’s contract as needed
- Assist in duties related to the Business Office and other areas as needed
Requirements / Qualifications :
High School graduateAssociate's degree (preferred)Experience in Excel / Microsoft is requiredExperience with various office equipmentExcellent communication / organizational skills1-2 years experience in a nursing home (preferred)An equal opportunity employer.
