A company is looking for a Regulatory Counsel.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport multiple teams by providing legal advice on healthcare and pharmacy laws impacting telehealth care deliveryAdvise cross-functional teams on healthcare regulatory issues and legal risks related to telehealth and new product launchesStay informed on relevant state and federal pharmacy and telehealth lawsRequired QualificationsJuris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction4+ years of healthcare regulatory experienceExtensive knowledge of healthcare laws, particularly telehealth compliance and digital health regulationsExperience interpreting and advising on laws related to care delivery services and operationsAbility to support customer experience teams in compliance with healthcare regulatory laws
