Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA

Emerald Care Center Midwest provides skilled nursing care, long term care and rehabilitation therapy to our residents.

We are hiring for a per diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

We are looking for people who are passionate about their work, give excellent care, are team players, have a strong work ethic and love what they do.

Job Duties include but are not limited to : Clinical care, IDT communication, and D / C planning. Clinical development and oversight of both Skilled and Long Term Care residents.

Documentation System : Rehab Optima and Point Click Care (Knowledge / Familiarity preferred)

Looking for an individual who is highly motivated for optimal patient care with good time management and a strong team first mindset.

Qualifications : Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in state of Oklahoma.
