The Company is on the lookout for a talented Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our dynamic team. The right candidate will play a crucial role in leveraging and enhancing key SaaS metrics that drive growth, such as CAC, LTV, and NRR. This is an excellent opportunity to partner with critical functions within the organization, foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders, and lead a high-performing financial planning and analysis team.

As the Director of FP&A, you will engage in compelling data storytelling, deliver insightful updates and presentations to our private equity owners, and take on a pivotal role in strategizing the company’s financial outlook. Key responsibilities include :

• Collaborating with the CFO to formulate and execute comprehensive financial strategies
• Overseeing the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Preparing insightful management and KPI reporting packages
• Conducting thorough monthly variance analyses
• Translating business strategies into detailed financial models
• Supporting acquisition and merger activities

The ideal candidate will exhibit a robust background in financial planning and analysis, demonstrate proficiency in scenario planning, and have experience in updating cash forecasts and assisting in treasury functions. A strategic mindset, exemplary communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment are essential for success in this role.
