We are seeking a meticulous and insightful Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help our company make informed business decisions. The role will be part of our PMO team and play an important role in the success of business and technology projects. Job Duties :

  • Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, perform data validations, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
  • Prepare reports and presentations that effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their data needs and provide data-driven insights to support their objectives.
  • Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to provide an accessible overview of various metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and cost-saving opportunities using data analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques to continuously improve our data analysis capabilities.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to interpret and present data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
  • Experience with data mining, machine learning, and statistical analysis techniques is a plus.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and innovation in data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience in industry-specific data analysis (e.g., finance, real estate).
