Job Duties :
- Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, perform data validations, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
- Prepare reports and presentations that effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their data needs and provide data-driven insights to support their objectives.
- Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to provide an accessible overview of various metrics.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and cost-saving opportunities using data analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques to continuously improve our data analysis capabilities.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to interpret and present data in a clear and concise manner.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.Experience with data mining, machine learning, and statistical analysis techniques is a plus.Curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinking and innovation in data analysis and visualization.Experience in industry-specific data analysis (e.g., finance, real estate).Benefits :
