Content and Platform Management :
- Create and manage engaging digital content for social media, websites, email, and blogs.
- Maintain a digital content calendar to ensure timely, cohesive messaging across channels.
- Organize and oversee the digital asset management system, ensuring accessibility and alignment with brand guidelines.2. User Experience (UX) Design :
- Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to develop user-friendly digital assets and webpages.
- Manage the development of branded online experiences that enhance customer interaction and engagement.3. Digital Advertising and Campaign Execution :
- Execute multi-channel digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Develop and optimize paid social media strategies aligned with key brand offerings.
- Support online merchandise sales and taproom promotions through targeted digital campaigns.4. Marketing Analytics :
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance to track ROI and optimize strategies.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and audience insights to inform decision-making.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and analytics platforms.
- Strong skills in content management, UX design, and campaign performance analysis.
