Trial Attorney

Insurance Defense firm in the Greenway Plaza area seeking experienced Litigation Trial Attorney due to growth.

• Must be licensed to practice in the State of Texas
• Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in insurance defense and / or personal injury / wrongful death cases
• Hands-on and provable trial experience as second chair in support of the senior attorney assigned to the case
• Recent experience working with a senior attorney and / or trial manager as second chair
• Ability to create documents and other work product required by senior attorney and / or trial manager that is on time and "trial-ready"
• Ability to work with all levels of management and staff
• Ability to work overtime (nights, weekends, holidays) as the needs of the trial dictate
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

Compensation listed includes bonus.
