A company is looking for a Specialist in Retail Operations - POS / IT Retail Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and improve POS and IT policies, including compliance and operational guidelinesCreate SOPs and guides for POS processes and develop a POS roadmap in collaboration with various teamsAct as a liaison to identify technology enhancements and conduct user acceptance testing for technology changesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail / store operationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in retail / store operationsPreferred experience in project management and store operationsSpecialized knowledge of retail processes and inventory toolsStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis
