The Pharmacy Team is first and foremost responsible for guest relations and satisfaction. They will provide pharmaceutical care for all guests and team members in accordance with our mission statement : “Ultimate Service, Superior Performance, and Positive Impact”

The Staff Pharmacist & Pharmacy Manager must either be located OR be willing to relocate to one of these areas to be considered for this opportunity.

Acknowledge / greet / engaging of guests who enter they Pharmacy AreaMaintain integrity of pharmacy operations within the legal framework provided by the State Board of Pharmacy, Drug Enforcement Agency, Department of Public Safety & other governmental agencies in conjunction with the policy & procedure guidelines set forth by Albertsons CompaniesAssure completion / compliance of goals, tasks, standards, & other pharmacy related assignmentsMaintain open communication with pharmacy staff to ensure continued growth, development, education, & compliance with evolving pharmacy operationsOversee every aspect of the pharmacy operation including dispensing, counseling, scheduling & supervision of technicians, participation in clinical programs including immunization administration, inventory management and controlOther duties as assigned by upper managementPharmacists & Pharmacy Managers Receive :

Must reside in OR be willing to relocate to a daily commutable distance of either Midland, Muleshoe, Clyde, Abilene or San Angelo, TX.BS and / or PharmD Degree from an accredited School of PharmacyRegistered Pharmacist by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy with license in good standingMust have Retail Pharmacy experiencePreceptor by the State Board of Pharmacyonly required for Pharmacy ManagersExcellent problem solving & management skillsBasic accounting & computer skillsExcellent oral & written communication skillsAbility to bend, squat, lift, climb, stand & walk for 8-12 hr. shiftAbility to function as a team member and work well with othersAbility to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, & attitudeAt United Supermarkets , we live by three rules : remember we’re better together, deliver service with heart, and stay true to your roots.
