Hiring for Journeyman Plumber!!

Portland, OR

Pay : $45-$55 / hr. + OT or Salary

Qualifications :

  • Valid Oregon Journeyman Plumber License
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the plumbing trade.
  • Residential & Light Commercial Plumbing Experience
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces.
  • Must pass background check and drug screening.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and sewer lines.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to determine the layout and installation of plumbing systems.
  • Ensure all installations and repairs are in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Respond promptly to service calls and emergency plumbing issues.
  • Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure issues, and proper operation.
  • Provide accurate and timely estimates for repair or installation work.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain plumbing issues, solutions, and safety concerns.
