  • Inventory Management :

    Manage parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering.

  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain necessary parts and tools.
  • Financial Management :

    Prepare and manage budgets for the service department.

  • Analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Quality Control :

    Ensure all work performed meets company and industry standards.

  • Implement and uphold safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
  • Sales and Marketing :

    Promote service offerings and special promotions to enhance customer engagement.

  • Develop strategies to increase service department revenue.
