We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Recruiter to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is fully onsite and will focus on attracting, screening, and hiring top talent to support our production and operations teams. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented professional with strong communication skills in English and Spanish and experience in high-volume recruitment.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for production, warehouse, and administrative roles.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring events, and attend job fairs to attract talent.Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.Maintain accurate hiring records and provide reports on recruitment metrics.Build relationships with local workforce agencies, community organizations, and staffing firms.Support new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.Qualifications :
