Job description

Hire Type : Permanent, Direct Hire

Schedule : Full-Time, Onsite (8 or 9am to 4 or 5pm)

Pay :   $21 - $25 / hour

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Recruiter to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is fully onsite and will focus on attracting, screening, and hiring top talent to support our production and operations teams. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented professional with strong communication skills in English and Spanish and experience in high-volume recruitment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for production, warehouse, and administrative roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring events, and attend job fairs to attract talent.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Maintain accurate hiring records and provide reports on recruitment metrics.
  • Build relationships with local workforce agencies, community organizations, and staffing firms.
  • Support new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, food production, or similar industries.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hiring best practices and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time.
