As a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition by repairing dents and dings without affecting the original paint. Your role will involve assessing damage, using specialized tools to repair dents, and ensuring each vehicle meets our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities :

  • Inspect vehicles to identify and assess dent damage.
  • Perform paintless dent repair (PDR) on various makes and models of vehicles.
  • Use specialized PDR tools to repair dents, dings, and minor creases.
  • Ensure the work is completed in a timely manner with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Communicate with customers regarding the work being done and address any concerns.
  • Stay up to date with the latest PDR techniques and industry trends.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Ability to assess and repair a variety of dent types and sizes.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
