Omni Wound Physicians -
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES
- Relays any communication from the Provider to the Office which includes but not limited to treatment orders, antibiotic orders, complications, complaints, requests from patient / nurses / providers, updates on ETA and others
- Drives with Provider during rounds
- Reviews tasks during patient visits regularly
- Keeps Providers timely and organized
- Helps with customer service to clients (Hospice, Home Health and Facilities)
- Assist Provider with wound care treatment (Taking photos and wound dressings)
- Assist with positioning patient during wound treatment
- Identifies and completes route and time frame for each patient the day prior to the scheduled visit
- Organizes patients based on location; ensures time is organized well in such a way that the driving route for each patient is practical and efficient
- Ensures that patient visit is scheduled and confirmed
- Contacts the office in case of missed visits; collaborates with the Office for re-scheduling the missed visit; places “Missed Visit” stickers and secures proof of missed visit
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably with background as CNA,HHA,LVN, MA, Surgical TechAt least one year of experience in health care preferably home care and or mobile practice.Demonstrates ability to coordinate and make schedules for shift efficiency.Demonstrates good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations skills.Demonstrates organization, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.With active listening and conflict resolution skills.Demonstrates good customer service.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS :

Pay : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours : 8 – 32 per week
