Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Creative (Graphic Design) to join our growing team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative design work, spanning digital and print media. You will collaborate with our design and creative strategy teams to bring concepts to life across various platforms.

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute creative design solutions for branding, marketing, and advertising projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement visual strategies
Create compelling graphics for digital, social media, print, and other marketing materials
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Present design concepts to clients and internal teams and incorporate feedback into final deliverables
Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and client goals
Stay up to date with industry trends and design techniques to continuously elevate the quality of your work

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

3+ years of professional graphic design experience required, preferably within an agency / studio setting

Experience designing for digital platforms, social media, and print

A solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Compensation :

This position offers an annual salary range of $75,000.00 - $90,000.00, commensurate with experience, along with benefits such as health benefits, 401K, paid time off, and a supportive work environment focused on personal and professional growth.
