Description
At Regions, the Contact Center Product and Servicing Specialist helps strengthen existing customer relationships by conducting needs-based conversations on a variety of financial products and services.
Primary Responsibilities
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
This position is incentive eligible.

Hours : Training :
8am-5pm CST Monday-Friday
Following Training : 40 hours per week
Must be able to work any 8 hours Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm CST and a Saturday rotation (2 out of 5). You will receive an off day of Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday the week of the Saturday rotation.
Shift will be assigned based on business needs.
Position may be filled on a higher level based on experience and qualifications.

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
