Historically, "Sales Manager" has been a shared hat worn by varying members of our executive team. Most of our efforts have gone towards building out the platform and creating sales material for our brokers. Now that we've hit our stride and the platform is dialed in, there is a significant opportunity for a legitimate Sales Manager to put some attention on our growing sales team and push us to the next level.
We need someone who can manage the team to high administrative standards (think : tracking and hitting KPIs, putting data into Salesforce diligently). We need someone who can also provide traditional sales coaching (think : objection handling, tone coaching, sales psychology). And finally, someone who can keep the team hungry and morale high in a remote environment.
To thrive in this role, the Sales Manager should be based in Southern California or demonstrate a willingness to travel to the area. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering in-person sales training and coaching sessions, in addition to attending company events on occasion.
The Sales Manager would be a part of our Departmental Management Team and would report department-level KPIs to the COO.
