A company is looking for a Zoho Specialist to optimize and automate their CRM and business operations.Key Responsibilities : Customize and improve Zoho CRM processes to ensure it serves as the single source of truth for business dataAutomate invoice generation, quote management, lead tracking, and sales reporting while streamlining workflows between Zoho applicationsCreate workflows and automations to enhance efficiency in sales and customer interactions, and design custom reports and dashboards for insightsQualifications : Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Specialist, Zoho Developer, or similar roleStrong knowledge of Zoho One Suite (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, etc.)Ability to design custom reports and dashboardsExperience in e-commerce or manufacturing industries is preferredBasic knowledge of QuickBooks and financial data integration is a plus
