In addition, we are a leading private label manufacturer, servicing top-tier global sportswear, lifestyle brands and Summary : The Tote Picker is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the staging area in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. The Tote Picker is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders Job Functions

  • Pick totes for customer orders with RF scanners.
  • Place items neatly into the cartons.
  • Ensure accuracy of picked orders.
  • Continuously strives to maintain production standard and improve inventory accuracy.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations.
  • Must be flexibility with schedule to support company goals.

Competencies : (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • Ability to perform counts using basic arithmetic skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with Management and others to deliver timely and accurate information.
  • While performing day to day tasks, the associate is regularly required to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, and regularly lift 20 to 50 lbs.

    • Preferred competencies, education and experience

  • Experience in a fast-paced distribution center with Inventory and Operations experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.

    • Supervisory ResponsibilityNoneWork Environment

  • Physical environment includes noise, heat, cold, and dust.
  • Working in high traffic areas.

    • Physical Demands

  • A walking position with standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, stooping, crouching, bending, reaching above shoulders, twisting, and kneeling as needed. Regularly lifting between 20 and 50 lbs.

    • Expected work hoursMonday- Friday 7 : 30am-4pm. Overtime required depending on company Benefits and Pay Information
