Farmer's Insurance Agent in Newport Beach - Must Have P&C license ! - Only apply if Licensed and at least some Experience in the insurance Business. Responsibilities

• Answer phones and professionally assist clients.
• Email and computer savvy. Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Cross sell inbound calls when possible.
