We are now hiring Assistant Machine Operators for 2nd shift positions in Chippewa Falls, WI.

POSITION – Assistant Machine Operator

JOB LOCATION – Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin

STARTING DATE – Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temporary, Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift (Monday through Thursday, 2 : 45pm to 11 : 15pm and Friday, 1 : 30pm to 7 : 30pm)

STARTING PAY – $17.00-25.50 / hour depending on experience

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma / GED required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous manufacturing experience required

You will be responsible for supporting the production lines, setup person, and operations of the sheet gluer, laminator and other floor operations including running a baler. You may be required to do handwork and rework of parts that did not meet quality checks. You will need to work well as a team and also on your own. You need to be able to follow verbal instructions and work safely; always being aware of your surroundings.

Responsibilities :

Supporting various production lines

Assisting setup person(s)

Operating sheet gluer and laminator

Handwork and rework of parts and pieces

Quality checks

Pulling dies for production line

Qualifications :

One year of manufacturing experience preferred.

Be able to lift up to 40 pounds consistently.

Use of hand tools, computer, tape measure, and utility knife is desired.

High school diploma or equivalence.

Understand verbal and written instructions.

Excellent work history.

Ability to work independently and as a team.
