JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Food Champion (Team Member) is the most crucial part of our business. This person will be providing friendly, accurate service to customers as well as your teammates and managers. Key responsibilities include greeting customers in the restaurant or drive-thru, taking and ringing up orders, handling payment and thanking customers. You'll also prepare and store food ingredients, assemble food and beverage orders, check to make sure they're correct, package products, and maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Restaurant Basics – Delighting Guest, Food Safety Sanitation, Guest and Employee Safety, Security & Daily CleaningFood Preparation – preparing raw ingredients for menu item productionMenu Item Production – preparing menu items for ordersDaily Operation – Receiving and Storage, Preventative Maintenance, Opening Procedures & closing proceduresGuest Assistance – Dining Room / Lot, Dining Room Cashier, Drive-thru Cashier & Drive-thru outside Order TakerActs in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner toward customers and co-workers at all timesIs punctual and flexible in maintaining hours of employmentExerts high degree of energy and drive to meet customer demandsPerforms effectively and safely in an environment where there is constant change and minimal direct supervisionPresents a tidy appearance with good hygieneCapable of making quick and appropriate decisionsTakes action to meet customer needsCan anticipate bottlenecks in service and acts to resolve themAbility to learn quicklyAbility to communicate viewpoints and concerns to fellow employees and managers in a constructive mannerWORK PERKS & BENEFITS PACKAGE INCLUDES :
