Job description

KVC Missouri - Residential Treatment Services

Location : In-person, Columbia MO

Pay :  $50,000-$60,000 annually. Depending on skills and experience.

Job Summary

The Associate Director of Operations is responsible for providing respectful and inclusive leadership to in the program’s service teams. This leader providers oversight of general program operations in areas including, safety management, building operations, budget, finance, licensing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilites

  • Oversee food service operations, ensuring nutritional standards and dietary needs of residents are met.
  • Coordinate and conduct safety drills and inspections to ensure facility readiness and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage front desk operations and administrative functions, ensuring smooth communication and effective support for residents and staff.
  • Oversee inventory management, including the ordering and maintenance of supplies necessary for daily operations.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and scheduling of facility vehicles, promoting safe transportation for staff and residents.
  • Lead training initiatives, ensuring staff are adequately trained and re-certified in required areas.
  • Stay up to date with relevant policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • mplement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

All employees must be at least 21 years of age.

Education :   Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, or social services related field required. Licensure / Certification : Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Experience / Skills :

  • Two to five years of experience in an operations or facility maintenance field, preferably in management or leadership and in a healthcare environment.
  • Preferred experience supervising members of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Requires Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook email.
