Position Summary :

Chirocare of Florida is seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting, and preferably in a chiropractic office, with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with our team, including the doctor and chiropractic assistant, to ensure smooth daily operations. Position will be 25-30 hours per week.

Business Hours :

  • Monday : 9 AM – 12 PM, 3 PM – 6 PM
  • Tuesday : 11 AM – 2 PM
  • Wednesday : 9 AM – 12 PM, 3 PM – 6 PM
  • Thursday : 9 AM – 12 PM, 3 PM – 6 PM
  • Friday : 9 AM – 12 PM
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Patient Interaction : Answer incoming calls, address patient inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Patient Documentation : Upload and manage patient documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Scheduling : Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and assist in coordinating the doctor’s schedule.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the doctor and chiropractic assistant to ensure seamless patient care and office operations.
  • Customer Service : Provide exceptional service to patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Administrative Support : Perform various administrative duties such as filing, managing patient records, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Bilingual Communication : Provide bilingual support to Spanish-speaking patients, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
  • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a medical office setting; chiropractic office experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with office software and scheduling tools; experience with chiropractic software a plus.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
