Role Description

This is a full-time office-based role for a Preconstruction Manager at Eichler Construction Group. The Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for cost management, construction estimating, project estimation, communication, and budgeting to ensure successful development projects.

Qualifications

• Cost Management and Budgeting skills
• Construction Estimating and Project Estimation skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in the construction industry
• Negotiation, scope validation, bid-leveling
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, desired but not required
• Knowledge of construction technologies and software
• 5 yrs Experience as PM, Estimator, Superintendent
