A family-oriented, fast-growing distribution company based in Santa Fe Springs is on the hunt for a Accountant to help drive financial success and keep things running smoothly.

Salary : $75k - $80k

Whats in store for you :

• Manage the Month-End Close Youll be the financial rockstar ensuring everything balances perfectly.

Cash Flow & Balance Sheet Your expertise will guide us in managing cash flow and maintaining a healthy balance sheet.

Commissions & AR Payment Posting Track and manage commissions and ensure AR payments are posted without a hitch.

Payroll Processing Take the reins on payroll and ensure our team is paid accurately and on time.

Collaboration with Leadership Work closely with the President and CPA firm on all things financial your voice matters!

This role starts on-site for up to 90 days or so with the option to transition to 2 days from home once youve proven your awesomeness. ?

What were looking for :

Strong Excel skills (you know the formulas and shortcuts!)

Experience with Great Plains ERP is a plus (but well help you get up to speed!)

Outstanding communication skills Proactive, clear, and confident with the President

Deadline-driven with impeccable work ethic You get things done on time, every time
