We’re looking for a DesktopTechnician III to join our team.
As a Desktop Technician III your primary responsibility is ticket processing and resolution management, which includes detailed and clear documentation of the problems and the actions taken to resolve them. You will provide onsite technical assistance to the Executive team and their direct reports by answering questions to resolve computer problems. Typical assistance concerns the use of computer hardware and software, printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
This position will be onsite in Ridgefield Park, NJ
