JOB DESCRIPTION : The Sr. Workday HRIS ( Talent and Learning modules ) Analyst role is responsible for maintaining the integrity and functionality of HR information systems, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and driving improvements through data analysis and system configuration. This position involves troubleshooting issues, managing system upgrades, and creating custom reports to support HR staff effectively. Serving as a functional expert, the analyst plays a critical role in resolving system-related queries, training HR staff, and ensuring data security. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, project management expertise, and a customer-first mindset.
