Copy Machine Operator / Mail Room

Twin City Staffing is seeking an experience and motivated copy machine operator / mail room clerk for a growing facility in Saint Paul. This copy machine operator / mail room role requires operating duplicating equipment, inserting envelopes, monitoring mailings, and other duties as assigned.

Location : Saint Paul, MN

Wage : $18 - 23 / hr.

Hours : Part-time flexible, days 20 hours a week Monday - Friday

Duties of the copy machine operator / mail room :

• Operate duplicating equipment (color / high-speed copy machines)
• Operate peripheral equipment including drill press, electric and manual cutter, stitcher, collator, folding, and envelope inserting equipment
• Assemble daily mailing and deliver to the bulk mail center
• Complete work orders, records, and up-to-date progress; maintain print files, plates, and related material
• Maintain inventory of paper stock and other material; requisitions and stocks supply as required
• Place calls for service, mail pick-up, and job delivery, and contact customers when needed
